At theodrape, we take pride in delivering quality Accessories, Athletic Wear, Footwear, and Jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

    • Returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

  • Certain items such as earrings, intimate wear, or customized jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Window

  • Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.


3. Return Process

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the product.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions.

  3. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us using the instructions shared.


4. Refunds

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as:

    • Store Credit (coupon code) for the value of the returned item.

    • Or, in some cases, a bank transfer (if applicable).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.


5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or product (subject to availability), please mention it in your return request.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or used items.

  • Items returned without original packaging/tags.

  • Clearance sale or “Final Sale” products.
